刘福来，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2016年7月毕业于山东理工大学化学化工学院，获理学学士学位；2021年7月毕业于中国科学院理化技术研究所，获工学博士学位。同年留所工作，历任助理研究员、副研究员。目前主要从事能源与环境催化相关研究，聚焦碳基资源和能源关键材料循环利用，致力于废弃碳资源、资源小分子高值化转化。以通讯/第一作者（含共一）发表SCI学术论文30余篇，包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.（6篇）、J. Am. Chem. Soc.（2篇）、Nat. Commun.（1篇）、Adv. Energy Mater.（1篇）、Adv. Funct. Mater.（2篇）以及ACS Catal.（1篇），其中ESI高被引论文4篇（单篇最高引用达500次），论文总他引2000余次，h因子20。申请国家发明专利10项，已授权3项。先后承担国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类），中国博士后科学基金面上资助。2025年入选北京市“高创计划”青年人才托举工程。
聚焦能源与环境催化交叉方向，开展碳基资源循环利用与能源材料转化研究，具体方向包括：
1、废弃碳资源（生物质/塑料）高值化转化技术；
2、资源小分子绿色转化；
3、光/电催化材料设计与反应机制研究。
